Summary:
A continual declining birth rate has the Japanese government to use radical action: the formation of the R.T.P. committee. Its goal: to promote and arrange marriages among its youth population. A test case is required, and young Mizuhara Ryo is the chosen test subject! With Masuda Shizuka self-appointed as his fiancee, will Ryo caves in to the pressure?
