Summary:
Colonel Valcott O'Huey, former leader of the Angel Brigade. Retirement is right around the corner for him because the Angel Brigade is disbanded after the girls quit the military over a missing dessert. As the new Twin Star Brigade fast replacing the Angels, it will be up to the colonel himself to save his job by getting the Angels back! Of course, the colonel will face the music when the girls find out who ate the dessert...
