Suit actor Shinsuke Gondo had his body scanned for this figure, and the suit was then thoroughly reproduced with great care under the supervision of Tsuburaya Productions' modeling department LSS. Yuzuru Narita from LSS even recreated Ultraman Gaia's mask!
