This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.

Hexa Gear is a new lineup of items from Kotobukiya featuring transformable battle mecha! They utilize the Modeling Support Goods (M.S.G) hexagonal joint system, with a 3mm support pipe hole--so weapons from Frame Arms and Heavy Weapons units can be used with Hexa Gear mechs! The Hexa Gear can also be ridden by their pilots, known as "Governors," sold separately.

The Blockbuster VF Ver. was referred to as an "old-fashioned" type, but its fighting ability was never inferior to that of newer models. Its simple structure made a high level of customization possible. This version features a sniper cannon (which can be displayed in stored or deployed state), two missile launchers (large warhead type and multi-warhead type), and an assault blade. There's a fuel tank inside the pod as well. It can be converted from the ACM mode cruise form to the Z-Atex mode fighting form, and the cockpit unit features a high-detail console and a large hood that can be opened and closed.
